Return & Exchange Policy
In order to return merchandise, an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our customer service department. All packages without RMA number will be returned to sender.
You may return unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition; including original packaging and packing slip within 7 days of receipt. A refund will be issued less any shipping/gift wrapping charges.
NOTE: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if:

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Q. Are your products original?

Q. What is the difference between eau de colognes, eau de toilette, eau de parfum, and perfume?
A. The differences are the amount concentration of oil fragrance. These oil also known as “juice”. Perfume contains the highest amount of juice. The next down would be eau de parfum, eau de toilette, and eau de cologne.

Q. Why do some fragrances seem to last much longer than others?
A. People with oily skin usually find their fragrance last longer than people with dry skin because an oily skin person has more natural moisture to hold in the fragrance. Amount of acidity in our skin also varies slightly from person to person. Our individual levels of PH will determine how each ingredient in a fragrance will react.
Q. How can I make my scent last longer?
A. Because of differences in our skin (oily or dry) and in our PH levels a fragrance may lasts longer on some people than on others. To achieve a longer effect, we suggest you try to layering your fragrances. Using the fragrance bath gel, then the moisturizer or powder, and then the Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette or Eau de Cologne, will usually have a longer lasting effect. Also, apply your fragrance low on the body, as well as behind your ears and on your neck, so that the scent rises and you won’t lose it as quickly. A light spray on the hair can last all day.
Q. What is the difference between a splash and a spray?
A. There is absolutely no difference in the fragrance. The difference is in the method of application only. However, a spray bottle, being sealed all the time, may actually have a longer shelf life. Making the decision between spray and splash is entirely a matter of personal preference.
Q. Why do some men wear Cologne, and others prefer to wear After Shave?
A. After Shave Lotion will usually sting as well as help close the pores after shaving. After Shave Balm is actually soothing to the skin. After Shave Gel also soothes the skin, but cools the skin as well and relieves razor burn.
Q. What do fragrance notes refer to?
A. Fragrances are comprised of many different scents, these scents are called "notes."
Top notes are very light and last just a few minutes (5-10 minutes). Middle notes become apparent in about 15 minutes after application. These can last up to an hour or more. Bottom notes are the heavier ingredients. These last the longest, usually for several hours.
Q. How can I keep my fragrance from going bad?
A. Keep all fragrances in a cool, dry area, and away from windows as sunlight can unbalance the various ingredients. An opened bottle should be kept in its box to insure a longer shelf life.

Since we use US Postal Service regularly, any fraudulence order committed against us will get reported and will be prosecuted as mail fraud.
Sales Tax
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of California and New York. All orders outside of California and New York will not be charged.

We will pursue a claim with UPS on your behalf that UPS didn't deliver the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit your account. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.
Claims: You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it.
Missing Product Claims
Each shipped package and their contents are triple-checked. If a customer claims that one of the products has not been received, customer may file a claim with us to investigate the situation. If BeautyMatic.com determines that there was in fact product missing from the package, we will credit back your account.
Damaged Product Claims
Each shipped package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If you claim that one of the products is damaged, you may file a claim with us to investigate the situation. After receiving the claim, BeautyMatic.com, in most circumstances, will request that the damaged product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection. After inspection, we will pursue a claim with UPS on behalf of the customer that UPS didn't deliver the product in a safe manner. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit the customer’s account for the product. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.
Please be sure to contact our customer service department for an RMA before sending any back to us. Or packages will be returned to sender.
Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to us marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. And if you would like us to re-shipped your package, we will unfortunately will need to charge re-shipping fee.
Cancel Your Order
