Fraudulence Orders/Credit Card Fraud

We take fraudulence orders and credit card fraud seriously. We will report your IP address to the state and federal law enforcement if any attempting credit card fraud. Since we use US Postal Service regularly, any fraudulence order committed against us will get reported and will be prosecuted as mail fraud.

Sales Tax

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. All orders outside of California will not be charged.

Payment Methods

We gladly accept following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and PayPal. We are legitimate online retailer. Help us fight fraud by preventing it from happening. We will only ship your item(s) to your credit card billing address. If you are required us to ship to a different address please contact us immediately after you placed an order.

Orders Not Received

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, BeautyMatic.com is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. If a customer issues a complaint that they did not receive their product despite delivery confirmation, we cannot issue back credit. We will pursue a claim with UPS on your behalf that UPS didn't deliver the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit your account. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.

Claims:You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it.

Missing Product Claims

Each shipped package and their contents are triple-checked. If a customer claims that one of the products has not been received, customer may file a claim with us to investigate the situation. If BeautyMatic.com determines that there was in fact product missing from the package, we will credit back your account.

Damaged Product Claims

Each shipped package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If you claim that one of the products is damaged, you may file a claim with us to investigate the situation. After receiving the claim, BeautyMatic.com, in most circumstances, will request that the damaged product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection. After inspection, we will pursue a claim with UPS on behalf of the customer that UPS didn't deliver the product in a safe manner. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit the customer’s account for the product. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.

Please be sure to contact our customer service department for an RMA before sending any back to us. Or packages will be returned to sender.

Undeliverable Packages:

If your package is returned to us marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. And if you would like us to re-shipped your package, we will unfortunately will need to charge re-shipping fee.

Cancel Your Order

Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact a Customer Care Representative.

Out of Stock Items

Subsequently, from time to time, we are not able to fulfill your order. You will be notified via email for any item that is out of stock and a credit will be issued to your account/credit card. However, we will try our best to keep as current and up to date stock as possible.

NOTE: Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, item(s) that are in stock will be ship automatically. Item(s) that are not in stock, we will credit back your account for that item(s). Please advice, shipping charges will be adjust according to our shipping price table for remaining item(s) that are in stock.
