If you claim that one of the products is damaged, you may file a claim with us to investigate the situation. After receiving the claim, BeautyMatic.com, in most circumstances, will request that the damaged product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection. After inspection, we will pursue a claim with UPS on behalf of the customer that UPS didn't deliver the product in a safe manner. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit the customer’s account for the product. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please be advised that our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of make up. If you have ordered the wrong product, you can still return it with subject to below terms and conditions.
In order to return merchandise, customer must first contact our customer service via email at help@beautymatic.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All packages without RMA number will be reject and returned to sender. Once RMA approved, an RMA number will be email to you with details how to send packages back to us.
You may return unopened fragrances (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition; including original packaging and packing slip within 7 days of receipt. A refund will be issued less any shipping/gift wrapping charges. Customers responsible for any return shipping charges back to us.
NOTE: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
Please be advised that we CAN NOT accept returns that has been opened, used, and/or is not in its original packaging due to hygiene concerns.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
